CabinetCheck provides digital evaluations, reports, scores, and advisory services related to cabinet projects. Because our services involve time, expertise, and digital deliverables, the following cancellation policy applies.
1. Digital Services & Reports (Primary Offering)
All CabinetCheck services are digital and advisory in nature. Once work has begun on your evaluation—including intake review, analysis, scoring, or report preparation—cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- CabinetCheck Score™ evaluations
- Personalized reports or PDFs
- AI-assisted reviews or recommendations
- Custom advisory feedback
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before CabinetCheck has started processing your submission, you may request a full refund.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: [support@cabinetcheck.com]
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
- Approval is at CabinetCheck’s discretion and subject to verification that no work has started
3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)
If CabinetCheck offers subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will stop future billing cycles
- No prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period
- Access will remain active through the end of the paid period
4. Missed or Incomplete Submissions
Failure to provide required information, documents, or responses needed to complete your CabinetCheck evaluation does not qualify for a refund.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting CabinetCheck first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access
- Permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of any remaining deliverables
We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
6. Exceptions
Refunds or cancellations outside this policy are granted only in rare circumstances and solely at the discretion of CabinetCheck.
